Preparation Guidelines:

For one cup of gel, mix ¼ cup of powder with ¾ cup of cold water, stirring until fully combined. Heat in a microwave until boiling (about 2-3 minutes), then stir again. Alternatively, boil water on the stove, remove from heat, and mix in the powder. Pour the mixture into a container or mold and allow it to cool at room temperature until it sets.
